Two if the belts arrived defective and will not charge, making them completely unusable. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer service, I have received no response. Their return policy is unreasonable. They require customers to document 60–90 days of use with photos or videos to prove the product didn’t work before issuing a refund. How is a customer supposed to do that when the product is broken from the start and cannot even be used? A company should stand behind its products and provide support when items arrive defective. My experience has been extremely disappointing.

I dont like the fact that you have to stay stationery when wearing them. And you only get one leg and one arm, so you have to sit for 45-60 mins every time you use them.
