Refill Order - feels like brand new !!!

Just received my refill order and my Buzju feels brand new again!!! I also ordered one of the linen cases (which I was hesitant about bc I love the softness of the sateen case and thought the linen would be rough to sleep in) and I love not only the texture but the quality and color as well! Not to mention love every detail in the packaging and presentation. Seriously obsessed with my Buzju, I take it on every trip with me and can’t sleep without it!!

Improved packaging and great customer service

Updated- Victor reached out and they have improved their packaging. Appreciate the great customer service! I have changed my rating to 5 stars. Great product overall! The filling itself is fine but the packaging was terrible. It was just stuffed into a long cardboard box and it was impossible to get it out without it flying all over the place. There was quite a bit that wound up on the ground.
