Not the same "Average-Plus"

Ordered two Average-Plus hats. One fit fine. This one was way too big - baggy on the sides and was not labelled Average-Plus like the other one. When I emailed, no response. Then two weeks later I get this review request with a warm and fuzzy "And please let us know if we can do anything. Ensuring you are totally happy with your hat is the most important thing to us. " Obviously not. You guys talk the talk, but don't walk it.

I love Storied Hats!

I just recently pre-ordered my latest one, Neon Flecks, and can't wait to get it. I now have about 5-6 of hats. The reviews don't lie. These have quickly become my "go to" hats.
