It really does help so your back won’t hurt I love it! Also I love all the pockets it has to put your stuff if you don’t want to carry a diaper bag I totally recommend it🙂

I wasn’t sure how much this would help but this has been a game changer! It offers great support and It’s so easy to strap on. The fact that you can pick up and put the baby down quickly vs having the baby in a carrier or wrap is very convenient for use around the house or running quick errands. I use it all the time!
