tastes awful

I can not handle the taste

Excellent form for absorption

Very small amount can be added to any protein drink, etc. Since tablets are hard to digest especially after bariatric surgery, this is perfect to get your dose in. Magnesium is excellent for your heart and helps with muscle cramping.
