Amelia Labor & Postpartum Gown in Charcoal Grey

THE most important thing in my hospital bag!!

I had an emergency c-section and had to use a standard hospital gown during the actual delivery, but this Amelia gown made THE biggest difference during the day in antepartum care and the day after delivery while I was still hooked up to an IV and confined to the hospital bed. If I had to do it all again and could only bring a single item from home, it would ABSOLUTELY be this gown! The practical needle access helped my nurses care for me, and the design for breastfeeding and skin to skin time let me make the most of the bits of bonding time we got in between the tests and check ups. Thank you for every thoughtful detail and the great customer service that let us modify our choice of out of stock items so we could get this in time! This was the best money I spent on anything for the hospital trip.

Plus size labor gown

I tried different labor gown designs and this fits best although my body proportions are not common. I appreciate the snaps at all the right places and the tie closures for privacy. I am 5'2" at 275lb in the 3rd trimester. My usual size is 22/24 and the curve fit just covers me without much slack. The bust area works with a sports bra but my breasts fall into the stomach area of gown without a bra, my regular prepregnancy bra size is a 48k. Fabric is a little stiff but it does stretch and avoids stains. Customer service was very responsive and kind, they worked with me on exchange but I did have to pay for shipping back to them which was $15.
