Álafosslopi Yarn

Love this yarn!

This yarn was exactly as described and now I am completely obsessed with it! The yarn was fun to knit with and I bought one skein to give it a try, very itchy at first and then hand washed with hair conditioner and now it is so so soft!!

Rich, sturdy, beautiful

Álsfosslopi Icelandic wool bulky yarn is a luxury I wanted to give myself to make a warm shortsleeved vest coat for myself. This yarn knits easily and slides effortlessly on my needles. It holds its shape in the stitch pattern and appears that it will have that crisp sculpted look all its life. A wonderful investment in an article of clothing I am sure I will wear often. The burnt orange/rust color was true to its appearance on my monitor. I love it and look forward to picking up my knitting daily. And the bulky weight on size 10 needles works up really fast!

Beautiful yarn to knit my sweater with! This will be a warm sweater!
