Hard cookies
I purchased multiple boxes of several flavors of “soft” Amaretti cookies. Unfortunately, only the rare cookie was soft. The vast majority were crunchy to downright hard. Very disappointing! I will not be purchasing any more online, ever again. I will rely on my local Italian deli, who only sells the original flavor, but they are nice and soft, just like the ones I first discovered in Italy.

Cookies are hard not soft
I was very disappointed in these cookies. I cannot eat hard cookies so I put in the search engine for soft amaretti cookies and got hard cookies.
