I love my Bariatric protein tablets & protein pouches I do not like the Nectar lemon tea i tried but it's not for me

Taste- they are very strong flavors with a bit of an acid taste at the end They are convenient tube, but make sure to put them in a standard toothbrush travel container if you stash in a purse I probably won't purchase again. They are mostly to help meet protein goals during my liquid phase post-op and keep energy up

I love adding these to sparkling water, creating a sugar-free soda that helps me hit my protein goals!
