Good, but not great

Taste- they are very strong flavors with a bit of an acid taste at the end They are convenient tube, but make sure to put them in a standard toothbrush travel container if you stash in a purse I probably won't purchase again. They are mostly to help meet protein goals during my liquid phase post-op and keep energy up

I love adding these to sparkling water, creating a sugar-free soda that helps me hit my protein goals!

This product is light and has amazing flavor. I've been on the protein journey since bypass several years ago and this product is amazing!!!!!
