The technical service is terrible and the instructions make no sense, I was able to figure it out. Only because I work in the trades and am very handy, but the average person would not be able to do this. I also put in a request about my drain line delima and no one has responded to me after multiple attempts of reaching out.

We purchased and installed the Echo Pro Softener (32K with 1 CF Aquafine) and the SoftPro Eco AIO Iron Filter (1 CF Katalox Lite) in September 2025. Our well water tested at 16 GPG hardness, 4 PPM iron, and 0.56 mg/L manganese. Within 3–4 days, the water had no taste, no color, and was very soft. Kristine at SoftPro recommended this setup based on our water analysis, and it turned out to be an excellent recommendation. Jeremy later advised that we could remove the sediment filter before the iron filter, which we did. We kept the filter after the softener before the UV light, and after a month it showed no iron staining, no sediment, and no discoloration.
