I’m so impressed. Honestly was very nervous to order a more expensive couch online without seeing it in person first but the quality is everything they claim. The couch is very cozy and feels big and sturdy. I have two toddlers and a boxer dog and the couch withstands the dog hair removal and is sooo easy to wash. The covers are super quick to dry and easy to get back on. We absolutely love this couch!

Not as pet friendly as expected. . But still love it

The chenille was advertised as more pet friendly, but has shown pulled threads and claw marks from our cats since day one. Despite this, the huge pillow cushions are luxurious! We can fully fit two adults lying down on the short part of the L. We spend all of our lounging time on this couch. Highly recommended!

Just stop looking and BUY from Albany Park already. . . . .

I am not sure why it has taken me almost 4 months to write this review. . . . . . BUT. . . . . We love it! It's very comfortable and although it's pretty huge, it worked out with our space. I am still trying to decide what kind of throw pillows would go great with our couch. . . . Nothing has stood out to us (ME) just yet lol! I will say the price is pretty hefty (we did get it on sale), but I will also say it's worth it. . . the quality of the Kova Pillow Cushion (We got the L-Shape + Ottoman) is unmatched. We were looking for a couch that is comfortable as our last couch was. . . . We went to plenty of furniture stores, but nothing compared to Albany Park Kova Pillow Cushion and it's crazy because we never experienced Albany Park prior to it arriving at our house, which by the way, the delivery was top tier as well as the set up. If I had to complain about anything, I would say is that the color is not as rich as I would like it to be, but it was not a deal breaker, apparently LOL! So all in all, we were very pleased that they exceeded our expectations and my advice for anyone reading this review who's looking for quality, comfort, style, great customer service and not afraid to dish out some coins, is to just stop looking and BUY from Albany Park already. We received our couch in December of 2025 and look forward to many years of enjoying it.
