I had been using this for a few years .I ran just before I went away and I didn't order any more. I never noticed what it was doing for me when I was taking daily ,but its been 4 months now since using it. I can honestly say that my skin is suffering, my face and hands are really showing my age 66 as before there was far more elasticity and less drier effects, definitely not so older looking. Iam now back on it 😆
