Pane Light Training Nogi Men’s Shoes – Mystique

I had a terrible experience with Pane. The shoes I received did not fit, so I tried to return them. Unfortunately, Pane’s return process is unnecessarily complicated and difficult to navigate. Customers are required to submit a return request before receiving instructions, which would be acceptable if the company actually responded. I submitted around five separate return requests and never received a reply to any of them. I also contacted customer support directly and even reached out through Instagram, but all my messages were completely ignored. As a result, I was left with a product that I cannot use and no way to complete the return process. Customer service appears to be non-existent once a problem arises. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from Pane. If there is any chance you may need to return an item, be prepared for a frustrating and disappointing experience.
