Nothing short of a wonderful customer experience right from the beginning of browsing through PANE’s website up until the unboxing & trying on of my first ever pair. Being based in Tokyo, the delivery arrived earlier than expected, which was a great surprise. The shoes itself is already a piece of well curated artistry yet PANE exceeded my expectations with its packaging and merch included in the box. I took the advice of previous customers to take one size bigger and had a comfortable fit. Although I reckon that the fitting may loosen over time as it is made out of leather. Beyond thrilled to start wearing it as my go to shoes this summer in Tokyo. AND, this pair is definitely the first of many PANE shoes that will take me to places 😊

Good design and construction, very smooth leather and nice packaging. Runs a bit small I would say (I've bought a 39 and reordering a 39 2/3).
