It's regular orange...
I had high hopes for this color, and once again Orly let me down. These "neon" colors are not neon; they are bright, but not neon. I have another Orly orange that is so "in your face bright" you can see it in a dark room, it's true a neon; this one reminds me of tangerine in person. The tint on my phone's camera does not really match what I'm seeing. Ok now onto the rest of the review...this polish goes on beautifully like other Orly polishes and appears matte when dry so I added the shiny top coat, and I wear them for a good week without chipping. I took one photo indoors without lights on, and one outside (on a cloudy day).
