Terrible

Took the doors apart no problem busy for the life of me I couldn’t get the upper and lower parts back together after putting in the new screws !- finally I gave up and just ordered a whole new door ! - directions and a video were of no help either

Just wish they came in white

I have the white patio pet door. So, I wish the replacement latches also came in white. I will say this, though, I didn’t have to replace the screws only the latches. I only replaced both latches so they would match.

Replacement Screws

My dog door fell and one of the screws that adjust the height broke. I contacted customer service when I didn’t see a replacement. She contacted me quickly, asked me for a picture. She sent me a link to purchase another. Shipping was quick and I’m back in business! Great customer service.
