The Franca Golden is absolutely gorgeous!! I love love love this bag! It is the perfect size the perfect color the perfect style!! I love the red lining and inside pocket. The outside zippered pocket is very convenient and roomy. The zipper closure of the bag is smooth and I love the lock and key with cloche. The quality of the leather is so amazing! It is smooth and flawless. I usually only carry high end bags such as Louis Vuitton and this bag matches or exceeds their quality! The purse was done up so classy in a study box tied with a gold satin ribbon. I just can't say enough about this family company! I will be revisiting it and ordering in the future! Unhappy experience of return and refund

The bag is beautiful but the size is bigger then I expected it to be. I contacted the company times for return as the policy stated a 30days refund guarantee. They rejected my request as they said it’s not part of the return policy. Consider this before placing the order as return and refund is not promised even if the policy stated clearly that it can be.
