Rude company poor service
My daughter does not like the purse and they would not accept a return or an exchange over 14 days. I am very disappointed as a mother giving a daughter a Mother’s Day gift. I will not purchase from here again. I am In Chicago they are outside of Florence 14 days does not give a person time to do much except say hurry up, hurry up return it or they will not assist you further.
