Great customer service

I ordered this scope for the Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park, SK observatory. Sometimes there are over 100 people there and another scope was needed. I emailed first because I wanted another item, I received reply email very quickly, followed by a phone call to get everything sorted. Once I paid it was on the way and to our delivery spot in less than 5 days. Set up was easy, it handles so well. The only thing I would prefer is to have the finder scope farther away from the eyepiece so as to have easier access to the Telrad.
