Still no Order received

I still haven’t received the parcel. I placed the order in good time (22 May) so that I could give the gift this evening (5 June). Is delivery still expected? If not, I would like a free return or, at least, a gesture of goodwill if I decide to keep the items. You can also simply deliver the parcel to a parcel collection point.
