Pane Zephyr Training Women’s Shoes – Sterling

I was excited to order from this brand, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. My package was officially declared lost by the carrier, and I provided all the requested documentation. The last response I received from customer support was on May 9th. Since then, despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no updates, no resolution, and no response. I understand that shipping issues can happen, but ignoring customers for weeks after a package has been confirmed lost is not acceptable. I am still waiting for either a replacement or a refund.

Unfortunately, the size didn't fit me and I submitted a return request 8 days ago (they have 14 days retun policy). I'm trying to get the return instructions, but no one responds anywhere. I wrote multiple emails, I tried to talk to a human agent on the chat (can't reach anyone), I wrote on their Instagram and Facebook. What's going on here? Could someone please answer?

"I was worried they might be uncomfortable, but they're much better than expected! I have slightly wide feet, yet these fit perfectly and feel great. I usually wear a 240 but sized up to 245 for a roomier fit, and they fit like a glove. One small thing: the heel string tends to pull my socks down as I walk. Other than that, I love them! They’re super cute and comfy."
