Soft and comfortable. Needed to have metal free jewelry for a procedure. Purchased for my rook and snug piercing. Snug piercing also uncomfortable with metal bar jewelry. Snug feels so much better a week after having site changed. Only con: the ball ends on the 10mm could be a little smaller
