I followed the instructions to the letter and usually love this company. I have much better luck with the light-cured gel strips. I applied these on Sunday evening and they looked great on for Monday at work. By Monday evening, one had popped off. I tried to reapply but since they had color on them at that point, I feel like the gel glue didn’t cure properly. I’d recommend for special occasions, but not if you hope they last for a week or two.

Easy elegance à la DIY

First, follow the instructions about where to apply the glue and how much to use. This took me a bit to figure out. The starter kit includes a variety of sizes, so you’re sure to get a perfect fit. I love it that they’re pre-etched. Saves you a step! I’d also like to see a starter kit with the square tips. Overall, fantastic! Way cheaper than a salon.
