The Needle

Ordered The Needle for my 23 TRD ORP. Everything was packed nicely and parts felt high quality except one little snag. 4/5 crossbars only had threads on one side. As I had started this on Saturday I couldn’t get in contact to resolve the issue. I emailed and Zach had responded on Monday morning and my new bars got in Tuesday around noon. Great customer service and great product. You can’t go wrong with these guys, overall great first impression quality control aside.
