I purchased this necklace and paid over $200 for it and when my daughter opened it on Christmas day, the clasp broke. I have been emailing and also Instagram messaging you to see how I can get it fixed as soon as possible. I haven’t heard back from anybody has yet. The service at square one was excellent, the girl that help me did an amazing job, but unfortunately, having a broken necklace doesn’t help. I really like the products from your store and I would hope to purchase more items but I can’t until I have the chain fixed.
