I've long had an uneasy relationship with retinoids which have always been barely tolerable for more than an hour (yes!) on my sensitive skin. This new serum which I've been using in the morning has been a game changer. Any areas of irritation have gone. It's too soon to determine whether my skin is any firmer. I'll see. My plan is to stop prepping my skin for the sandwich method of using an hour's worth of an OTC renoid and instead, use the new serum in the AM and PM.
