The support is real! But no better than leggings costing half the price. Very difficult to get the support cables into the right place on the body even after several wears. Very comfortable waist band - which I appreciate. Doesn’t roll.

I actually loved what these leggings did for my knees!! Unfortunately I am short (5'2")and there was way too much fabric in the ankle area. If there is ever a petite or capri version of the K1 Summit I would purchase in a heartbeat but I am returning these.
