Smoked Country Sausage 1lb

Tastes great. Too difficult to get out of the cloth bag. That's the only reason I won't order again.

This was not the country sausage you have always had. Did not taste good and tough. I’m so sorry to be so negative but we have had your sausage for 50+ years. For many years we received the red basket at Christmas. Our relatives in Gallatin , the Ferrell's, the Kirsch's us here in Texas the Khoury’s have ordered everything especially the country ham, all was wonderful. Also the biscuits were smashed, never did rise any in cooking. Not near as good as your mix. I am so sorry to leave this message but not being disrespectful. Your reputation is wonderful, have eaten at your cafe many many times when visiting my family in Gallatin. They are all gone now so don’t make that trip anymore so thought we would order. This is the best flavored sausage I've had in years. So glad my friend gave me a pack. Since then I've bought it twice and shared it with others. What a taste! Thanks!
