Short, simple, and effective
First, wanna say love the youtube channel. Awesome advice in both exercise and nutrition, amazing details, and no trash talk. I've only been using this program for about a week but I'm really enjoying it so far. I've been alternating every month between full body workouts and the 5x5 program, but it felt kinda redundant. I figured alternating bro splits with the 5x5 would bring good balance between strength training and hypertrophy. The 5 day bro-split has me feeling like a newbie again. It's been a while since I felt a good pump. The youtube videos of each exercise are a great help. I could be wrong, but there were maybe one or two exercises missing from the program's playlists like the dumbell split squat (maybe I looked in the wrong area). Anyways, I intend to use this program for a long time. Hope to see more content!
