Great Ebook
Presently trying the 3 day full body split it's great for someone who is very busy and doesn't have the time to train five days a week.
Each workout covers everything and it's a good way to change things up💪

Excellent Program
Im on my second week of this training program and I really love it thus far. I am 40 years old and always on the go. This program allows me to work out and see progress in an efficient manner. There are sever exercises included with Youtube links and can't wait to create new programs with what's provided.

It's good
It's a good program. Very simple layout that is easy to follow. The hyper links to YouTube for the exercise examples is nice. I like that it let's you chose the exercise for example incline press of your choice. Overall I'm enjoying the program.
