I LOVE this class. The instructor is great! He is funny, encouraging, and explains things well. He makes challenging moves doable and I really enjoy his personality!

I enjoy the way it just keeps moving. It's easy to follow, it gives you a ;good workout, and the instructor does a wonderful job! This class if one of my favorites at Better5.
