These K1s are super uncomfortable (nearly painful on my lower hamstrings) and I have not noticed any special knee support. They are nearly impossible to get on and you had better not need to hit the bathroom quickly as they are a real process! Definitely not what I expected and so I would not say worth the cost for sure. I will try again but I read all the instructions first and you have to be truly ready to work to get on and off…makes me feel a little panic-y. No idea how people move around in these thick, tight leg straitjackets!!
