nice but received damaged

The bookcase looks nice. Unfortunately it was badly damaged when we received. It had 5 deep gauges on the top right side. Also 3 out of 4 magnetic door closures were broken. We were sent replacement magnets (they took over 3 weeks to arrive) and told to fix them ourselves. We were also told to fix the deep gauges ourselves by going to the store and buying a "filler". Crafters and Weavers did refund us a mere 10% for the damage. For the price that was paid we should have received a piece of furniture that was nice and did not have to repaired by us. Frustrated!
