I have worn Blublockers for decades. Our ophthalmologist, a Harvard Medical School graduate, has told me to wear Blublockers. I have had surgery to repair a dethatched retina and additional surgeries. Filtering out the harmful blue light has been a definite plus. Additionally, the glasses are comfortable and stylish. A win-win for me.
