When I seen the new phone cases advertised on SP Connect I didn’t realize that the SPC+ was a different than the SPC. I really like the SP Connect product and have been using the product on my motorcycle for several years. Not reading the description I bought the wrong phone case. I contacted SP Connect and they sent me a new head. I believe this is a better design and no problem on replacing it. SP Connect has a great customer service. I have referred them to others I ride with and I know they have bough their phone holders from SP Connect.
