Good customer service responsiveness. I must say the instructions for assembly were very difficult to figure out. I'm still uncertain if I have it installed correctly, which makes me a little nervous.

It’s the best phone mount I have used and I have had a few it’s really easy to mount and you can put your phone on it with one hand quick! If your looking for quick and easy SP Connect is the way to go!
