BWH has earned my trust with their amazing customer service. They accidentally sent me the wrong plant in a previous order, immediately shipped the correct one, and even let me keep the original plant. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was absolutely first-class. Healthy plants, great selection, and customer service that keeps me coming back!

No stars. I wish i could upload pictures because this is horrible! Of the 13 leaves on the plant, yes 13, 3 of them are fine, the rest are yellowed and mushy. I will be getting my money back and wont be returning. This isn't the first time I've had issues with their plants, its just the first time im saying something.
