Poor product standardisation and customer service.

No standardisation at all, this is the second of this bracelet I bought within weeks of each other but it was much smaller than the first. After contacting customer service they told me the measurements and asked for a picture against a ruler which I sent. When it was clear the measurements were off they then changed their mind and said the bracelet I had was the correct measurements even though the original one I had ordered was the exact measurements stated both by customer service and on the website. Very poor service and clearly no standardisation on products, this is also the second fault item I have received so I’ll not be purchasing from hey harper again.

Gorgeous bangle

As gorgeous as it is, it is so small. So I’ve had to send back for a refund 😫
