A huge Plus

Very happy with my purchase of my solar generator and solar panels. Have already used them to charge the unit and they work like a charm. Love the packaging the units came in; well thought out and easy to access while providing maximum protection. Really unhappy with your shipping department. The address listed on all four packages was incorrect, including only the city name, the province, and the postal code. Took a half a dozen phone calls and a lot of time to rectify. This was absolutely the worst part of my purchasing experience. Other than that, the items are excellent. Highly recommended. Beware of the address you provide.

Great product

I haven’t used this one as of yet, I also have the 550 which has been great. That’s the reason I purchased the 3000 pro to connect to my tt. To be able to boondock. Customer service was also excellent.

Excellent product and quick shipping

The process so far has been excellent and everything is very good quality! I have yet to get a few days of good use with the solar panels yet though but looks straight forward.
