A liitle loose but beautiful dress good quality!!

Probably returning or will have to tailor

I either have to bring this into a tailor or return this. I ordered an extra small which is the smallest size and it’s still too big for me. It feels like very low quality material and the top is very wrinkled- it sits very weird and I’m not sure if it’s because it was in the mail and it’s all creased, but it does not look like it does in the picture, and the side flaps are way too big, even though I got my regular size and there are no smaller sizes.
