Mia Shiny Satin Dress - Sage

Meh

I originally bought the large because the reviews stated it ran smaller, but it was HUGE on me. I got with the company and returned it for a smaller size and that was really easy, but now I have a medium and it is SNUG. it fits but it’s tight. I wear a 24 waist jeans and an XS/S top and it just barely fits. The material is cheap looking compared to other companies, and it is THIN.

Great dress

This dress fit me perfectly without alterations. I’m 5’9, 215ish lbs, and wear 38H. I ended up keeping the matte sage, but both matte and shiny were beautiful. My only complaints are that a few snags showed up out of nowhere and the slit showed the lining underneath at the edges. It was like the lining wasn’t sewn in properly, so it was like 1/2 inch or so of the lining was exposed at the seam of the slit as the night went on it got worse.

The fit issues were a challenge, expect to need alternations. The slit is not to be underestimated. All of my bridesmaids had to alter the sleeves since they were huge on all of my normal size bridesmaids (they are not exceptionally small). With all of that being said they were very pretty after the alterations were made and they do shine beautifully!
