Best B12 supplement I have taken
Excellent way to supplement B12 with the spray bottle. Complement is vegan and has shown me that they are careful about using only high quality ingredients.

B12 tasty
I like the triple B12 spray and it seems effective as a mostly plant eater. I would say the only way to know is by trying it.
