Had a Bissell before this one. Will never go back. This machine uses less water for cleaning, and did a much better job. Carpets were dry within an hour and a half.

I was worried spending this much money that I would not get a carpet cleaner that would live up to the price and boy was I wrong. A heavy cleaner, but not to worry because it is completely robotic. It is hassle free and my carpets have never looked better!! Then add in the drying feature which is amazing and the self cleaning and it is the entire package. Thrilled with my purchase, I hope it lasts forever!
