The valve is still made of cheap plastic like all other orbits products. This is the most important component of all. Orbits designers should reconsider switching the valves to metal. I have owned several orbits wands and the valves never last more than 1 year.

A joy to use

This replaced an older model. I prefer this wands on/off gun mechanism for water, much easier to handle and control. All patterns flow well and the control for water pressure is an added bonus. Perfect for watering my deck container pots of all shapes and sizes.
