Rosette Sconce

Probably some of the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. First, the light arrived and did not work. Wooj sent a new base, and I sent back the defective base the following day. When the second base arrived, one of the bolts connecting the light bulb into the base was missing, so the light didn’t sit properly in the 3D printed sconce. After telling customer service, they told me to just take the one out of the first defective base (which I had already returned, and which had been delivered to their warehouse). Following this, they requested that I send the second defective base back, and they would send me a third replacement — chalking it up to “bad luck,” no refund was offered, no partial refund was offered either. This is a $270 lamp that I have been battling to get working since I ordered it on May 28th. It’s now July 9th, and still, I don’t have a soundly manufactured light in my possession. Spend your money elsewhere.
