Microplane Curling Butter Blade

Not impressed

Really hoped this item would live up to it's expectations but sadly regardless of butter temperature, it won't create curls nor make it any easier to spread cold butter on toast. The handle flexes too much and if your butter is straight from the fridge, forget it. It just fumbles and mashes and smears butter, like a dull cheese grater. Overall, disappointing and nothing like microplanes other products.
