When I first opened the bag, its color caught me off guard. It’s a darker, oiler medium roast than I expected. But the fragrance of the bag filled the kitchen immediately. Fairly easy to dial in for espresso and milk based drinks. Chocolaty, full bodied closer to a dark roast IMO. The delivery was prompt, packaged well and had hardly any cracked pieces! Incredible! I’ll be ordering more for sure.
