Smells amazing! One of my favorite fragrances

Such a beautiful fragrance from Nest! Their handsoaps are like an olfactory experience! This one goes in my bathroom:)!

Soap is great but no response to replacing one that arrived cracked is disappointing and unacceptable

I love this soap and it's fragrance! However, one of the dispensers arrived with the top of it 85% cracked off the lower half. There was soap everywhere on the rest of my products. I emailed three different times to request a replacement and have yet to receive a reply. Very disappointed in this lack of customer service. Please reach out to me to restore my confidence in this company. P.S. Also a big fan of your candles and diffusers but customer service trumps liking your products.
