These work best for me in baked goods because the strong flavour gets baked off. They all taste and smell very nice. At first they had a strong sweet, maple-like flavour and aroma more so, but the more I use them, the more they taste more subtle. It's harder to use them in drinks and other non-baked goods because the alcohol flavour is much stronger and I'm very sensitive to it and caffeine. I'm still figuring out how much to use for the best results for me. They are very affordable though. The whisk is really handy too and a great size.
