Hi, You requested feedback on my first order from Teabox. Firstly, the supplied tea was well packaged on arrival and I endorse the vacuumed sealed packets to retain freshness. I’ve been drinking loose leaf tea all my life so my expectations were set high, especially having read through all the hype on email and social media! The supplied tea produced a good cup of tea but not of notable difference from my usual tea purchased in UK at less cost. I was expecting whole leaf tea but your Assam was no different to my local supplier’s tea. Therefore, thank you, your tea is good but more expensive than I can buy locally. There’s not a significant tase difference from my existing tea so I don’t think I’ll be reordering from you. Best regards James
